In the direction of development, there are still many difficulties and many problems, mainly in the following aspects.

1. Poor manufacturing process: The research on the manufacturing process of precision stamping parts has accumulated a large amount of proprietary technology in the world, especially the century-old factory, the technology accumulation has reached a very high level. However, my country has very little accumulation in the proprietary technology of precision stamping parts, and there is still a long way to go.

2. Short life: The prominent problem that affects the life of precision stamping parts is the quality of materials and heat treatment. At present, because the price of imported steel is too expensive, most precision stamping parts still use domestic steel when the output is not large. However, the quality of domestic steel is not good, coupled with process control such as forging and heat treatment, and unstable quality, resulting in a large difference in overall life span, which is generally 1/3 of that in foreign countries.

3. Poor analytical ability: The research on the finite element numerical simulation technology for the fine blanking process and the force analysis simulation simulation check technology of precision stamping parts has reached a high level and has been applied to the design of precision stamping parts. Check and design verification, optimize structure, etc. Although some universities and research institutes in our country have carried out basic research work in this area, there is still a certain gap in the application research of these technologies.

4. Low standardization: In order to enhance the overall capability of my country's precision stamping parts industry and accelerate the development of industry standards, it is particularly important to formulate my country's precision stamping parts national or industry standards in the context of integrating world standards and the actual development of my country's industry.
